The Story of the Brand

 The first MAÉHSA collection, born in our Parisian ateliers, unveils luxury denim jackets. Unique Numbered Reversible pieces, unisex, handcrafted by artisans with precious expertise. Each jacket is made from upcycled jeans and elevated with fabrics sourced from the dormant stocks of renowned fashion houses, combined with “coup de cœur” prints or recycled fish leather. This high-quality craftsmanship required more than 50 hours of sewing for each jacket, adorned with semi-precious stone jewelry and hand-stitched bourdon finishes. Designed for dual-purpose wear, the Numbered Reversible collection embodies versatility: a refined denim side and a more sophisticated jacket side.

Following the success of this collection, the Non-Reversible and Kolmaos ranges were introduced. These unique, also handcrafted pieces blend printed fabrics with a bohemian-chic sensibility while maintaining the same high standards. Often crafted from noble materials such as linen or silk, these collections sometimes feature jewelry made with semi-precious stones.

To complement this exclusive offering, MAÉHSA has also created a collection of Gold-Filled jewelry, adorned with semi-precious stones and delicate touches of silk. Each piece of jewelry, like the jackets, is designed as a unique creation or in limited editions. 

In 2025, the brand continues to innovate with the launch of reversible unnumbered jackets, as well as caps and bags produced in small batches through short supply chains in Portugal. Sweaters and t-shirts will further enrich this vision, expanding the MAÉHSA universe with creations that combine uniqueness and the quality of their finishing touches.
