The MAÉHSA 0031 jacket is part of the “haute couture” collection of unique pieces from MAÉHSA PARIS. Designed from an upcycled denim jacket base which has been completely “dissected”, we wanted to highlight the expert work of our Parisian artisans (seamstresses and embroiderers) by numbering it on the back as for the signature of 'a work of art.

All the fabrics used are upcycled products full of history or fabrics that we call “favorites”.

The MAÉHSA 0031 jacket on the outside has two buttoned flap pockets.

Its buttonhole with its hammered finishes is applied to a strip of denim.

From the front, its upper part is worked with an iridescent fabric coming from the dormant stocks of an EPV-certified weaver working for the biggest Parisian haute couture houses. Silk embroidery details border this fabric.

The back sides are worked with the same high-quality fabric as on the front of the jacket. The center back has a silk fabric that has been lined.

A strip of frayed cotton denim has been embroidered at the top of the back for a “used” style.

The back of the sleeves is worked with silk embroidery.

On the inside, the MAÉHSA 0031 jacket is made with the same high-quality fabric as on the front of the jacket and is finished with a denim patch completely sewn by hand. The buttonhole on the inner part also has hammered finishes and is applied to a denim strip.

Please note: We recommend dry cleaning by a specialist only, do not iron, use a steamer to remove wrinkles from the jacket.
